Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary by location, with standard shipping typically taking 3-7 business days locally.

Return Policy

• 14-Day Unconditional Return: You may return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Refund Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within a minimum of 14 days. The exact time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment method.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be liable for lost or damaged returns.
• Compliance with Hong Kong Law & PayPal: For PayPal transactions, in line with Hong Kong law and PayPal regulations, the return window is extended to 30 days to meet legal obligations.

Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@forrestdress.com with your order number and reason for return (optional for 14-day unconditional returns).
2. Receive a return authorization (RA) number from our team.
3. Ship the item(s) with the RA number clearly marked on the package, using a trackable service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery), we’ll initiate the refund within 14 days.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
